Nose - Curious

Palate - Smooth body, sweetish but well balanced with a good tannic undercurrent, no boring bits

Aftertaste - Lovely flavour and it's there till you brush you teeth

Character - The easy part of a good walk. Did I see a banana flying past ? Surely not.

•ELDERBERRY
Full bodied Elderberries hanging black in the hedges.
Destalked and crushed, blended up with sugar syrup and fermented on the pulp. It’s as solid as a rock.
Room temperature (that’s my room). Serve it on its own in company like you would a Port.
Some people like it with Oatcakes and Cheese I believe.
Looks like Black Pudding, has a curious nose and a smooth body –
                                  bit like me really, apart from the smooth body.                    13.5% vol
